If you prefer spicy hot and crispy then deep fry method is suitable. Increasing chillies level will make the recipe to lies between mild and hot , according to individual preferences. The marination gives more juicy taste to the fish. Ingredients:

Fish -- 800 gms
Red Chillies -10
Garlic cloves -5
Cumin seeds -1/2tsp
Pepper -1/2tsp
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Preparation method:

Wash and clean the fish steaks.
Make a fine paste by using all the spices mentioned above.
Apply the masala evenly to the fish.
Marinate it for 1 hr.
Heat oil in a pan and add fish steaks few at a time.
Cook it in a low flame for 12 mins.
Fry it until it turns to golden brown.
Serve it hot with salad.
